New Year Prayer by Pastor Chuzzy Udenwa
Father, in the Mighty name of Jesus Christ, I thank You for all Your loving kindness and mercy to me and my family throughout the past years, especially last year. If it had not been for Your abundant mercies, we would have been consumed. Father, to You be all the praise and thanks for providing for us, preserving and promoting us, and for giving us victory on every side. Please accept our thanks in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ.
I exalt You, Mighty God. I bless Your Holy Name. You are worthy to be praised. You are High and Lifted up, Most High God. You are Excellent in working, Mighty in power, Fearful in praises, Glorious in holiness, Awesome in movement, Faithful in covenant, Abundant in miracles, and Beautiful and Majestic in splendor. Glory to Your Mighty Name.
King of glory, I commit this New Year into Your wonderful hands. Please lead and guide me in all ways and times in the Mighty Name of Jesus. Anoint and enable me to obey You at all times. Let every evil pattern not overcome me anymore. Let victory be established as my daily testimony. Draw me closer to Yourself. Reveal Yourself to me in a new way daily, and please use me to change the world. Let my destiny excel. Let my glory shine brilliantly.
Keep me as the apple of the eye and order my steps. Keep me away from evil and keep evil away from me. Fill my mouth with testimonies and songs of praise to You. Bless me day and night, in going out and coming in, and cause me to be fruitful in all areas of my life.
Father, fight for me. Fight for me, Almighty God. Defend me. Prosper my family and me. Surround us with favor. Enlarge our territories. Give us new songs and new garments please. We totally surrender to You, Father. Let Your counsel prevail over our lives.
And please, Father of Lights, shine Your light in my family. Save the unsaved. Restore the backsliders and bring home the prodigals to serve You.
Father, send revival to my church, my pastor and his family. Anoint them afresh. Give them strength and courage and cause them to please You. Surround them with walls of fire and guide them with Your eye, in Jesus’ Holy Name. Prosper my pastor and our church. Use our church to bring revival to the world, Father.
Let this year be our year of laughter, dancing, blessings, soul winning, purity, power, and pleasant news from far and near. I dedicate this year to You, in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ.
Thank You, Father. To You alone be all the praise, thanks and adoration, in Jesus’ Mighty Name.
